Restocking Fees:
In the event a parcel is undelivered by your local Postal Service and a refund is requested, this will incur a restocking fee based on the value of the product.
The refund sent will be for the item ONLY as shipping fees, taxes and other associated fees are paid and not kept by ENDNGRD.
One Per Customer (OPC) Items:
Orders being refunded due to doubling up on OPC (One Per Customer) items will incur a restocking fee.
